Bandhani Wraps What is now Sindh and Baluchistan, Pakistan and Rajasthan and Gujarat, India, was previously the North West of India were designs and goods were freely traded. A vast area with the Thar Desert at its heart is home to some of the most vividly dyed and embroidered textiles. These wraps serve a number of functions, the most fun of which is to catch your eye. Hand tie-dyed, some are one color, other are 4 or 5 with complex designs. Light weight cotton, synthetics, and occasionally silk are used as the ground cloth.
